Booking & Delivery
We aim to fulfil all bookings directly through Hot Tub Hire Near Me wherever possible. In some circumstances, we may utilise trusted UK partner companies to fulfil bookings on our behalf.
Where a booking is fulfilled by a third-party partner, any issues relating to delivery, setup, equipment faults, maintenance, damages, negligence, operation, or service provision become the responsibility of the supplying partner company. Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Delivery & Collection Schedule
We aim to deliver hot tubs on Thursdays and collect them on Mondays.
This allows approximately 24 hours for the hot tub to reach operating temperature before use, giving customers maximum enjoyment from Friday through to Monday.
Delivery and collection dates may occasionally vary due to weather, logistics, traffic conditions, demand, or operational requirements.
Water Supply Requirements
Customers must provide access to a suitable outdoor water supply within 10 metres of the hot tub installation location.
We supply hoses and fittings compatible with most standard UK household taps; however, it remains the customer's responsibility to ensure a suitable working water source is available.
Failure to provide an adequate water supply may result in delays or an inability to complete the installation.

All hot tubs are professionally delivered and installed by our team or approved partners.

Covers & Protection
A protective hot tub cover is supplied with every hire.
The cover should be used whenever the hot tub is not in use to maintain temperature, reduce running costs, and protect the water.
Damage & Customer Responsibility
Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused through negligence, misuse, abuse, vandalism, unauthorised movement, improper operation, or failure to follow supplied instructions.
Examples include but are not limited to:

Deliberate or reckless misuse
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the hirer.
Prohibited Items
The following items must not be used in or around the hot tub:
Any resulting damage will be chargeable.
Collection Requirements
The hot tub must be emptied before collection.
Customers should switch off and unplug the hot tub several hours prior to the agreed collection time to allow cooling and draining.
Failure to empty the hot tub may result in additional charges for excessive collection delays.
Cleaning & Sanitisation
Following collection, all equipment is professionally cleaned, disinfected, sanitised, tested, and stored before its next hire.
Liability
Use of the hot tub is entirely at the hirer's own risk.
Hot Tub Hire Near Me and its partners accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, damage, or claims arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, excessive alcohol consumption, unsupervised children, or unsafe behaviour.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the hot tub.
